Completion of the course hours (60 hours for the Salesperson or 135 hours on the Broker course) leads you to the next step of taking the State licensing exam. As you are reading this and still taking the course, the final exam to complete the course, should get you ready for the PSI State exam and should be laid out similarly to the State exam.

The NATIONAL/GENERAL/FEDERAL will offer 80 multiple choice questions on the Salesperson exam and 75 multiple choice questions on the Broker/Associate Broker exam. There will be an extra 10 questions referred to as survey questions. They do not impact your score, or the time allocated to take the exam. They are there to test if they are going to be used at a later version of the exam.

• Financing with 8 questions/ 6 questions on the broker exam

• General Principles of Agency with 10 questions/ 9 questions on the broker exam

• Land Use Controls and Regulations with 4 questions/ 4 questions on the broker exam

• Leasing & Property Management with 2 questions on the salesperson exam / 4 questions on the broker exam

• Practice of Real Estate with 11 questions on the salesperson exam / 10 questions on the broker exam

• Property Disclosures with 5 questions on the salesperson exam /5 questions on the broker exam

• Property Ownership with 6 questions on the salesperson exam/ 7 questions on the broker exam.

• Transfer of Title with 6 questions on the salesperson exam / 6 questions on the broker exam

• Valuation and Market Analysis with 6 questions on the salesperson exam / 5 questions on the broker exam

• *Real Estate Calculations (Math) with 8 questions on the salesperson exam / 6 questions on the broker exam
