Save your files ONLINE (THE CLOUD)
CLOUD STORAGE
Imagine receiving a call from the former client from 6 years ago, requesting for their home inspection report. You have hired a photographer and want to share the pictures with the seller(s) for approval. These are examples as to why you should consider saving files onto the CLOUD. Be aware of what is uploaded. We strongly do not recommend anything with personal information to be uploaded online.
Cloud storage has drastically improved and made it easier to access our files from anywhere and share files with ease. This session will review the two major ones - Google Drive (Available via Google) and ONEDRIVE (Available via Microsoft).
The other advantage of cloud storage is that once the link to a folder is shared, any changes to the files on the folder are easily accessed by anyone with the link, without having to send them an attachment.
